LE PRESIDENT ​

Emmanuel Bégoto-Gondjé
Emmanuel Bégoto-Gondjé, multimedia expert, taught communication at the BSM SCHOOL and COMPETENCE CENTER in Fez, Morocco. After graduating from the Carmes de Yolé seminary and the Saint Charles de Bangui high school, he founded the INNOVIMAGES PRODUCTIONS agency in Morocco after his university studies. Since 2014 he works as a web designer, photographer, graphic designer and director. He invests a lot in the professional integration of young people; especially migrants, through training in the image professions. Moreover, thanks to his technical knowledge, he is a multimedia consultant at the Institute of Interreligious Dialogue and Cultures (Al Mowafaqa) in Rabat, where he produces many photo reports on living together.  Through his passion for the image, he uses his know-how in the conception of cultural events for different festivals (in Gabon, Mali, France and Morocco). Emmanuel Bégoto-Gondjé is also a professor of image editing, fiction creation, framing and film editing at the Martyrs of Fatima Training Centre in Bangui. His latest book on Central African fiction is entitled "Au risque de me tromper".

Audrey Gautier
​Audrey Gautier has been working on education issues since 2012, particularly as a street educator with young people in difficulty in the streets of Paris. Since 2015, she has become the international secretary general of the NGO CNRJ. Through this international mandate for the NGO, she is committed to the promotion of youth and their development at an international level. She has been involved from the UN in Geneva to the Central African Republic during the civil war, in Guinea during the Ebola crisis or more recently on a project in Benin. She has made a name for herself within the CNRJ, also for her interest in publishing and photography. She has taken many photos of NGO events. She has taken many photos of NGO events, such as those for the annual International Humanism Prize in Macedonia. Her highly scripted, almost cinematic look and her love for photography have led playwright and rector of the Audiovisual University of Skopje (Macedonia) Jordan Plevnes to call her a 'director'.

Charlemagne Ngaïssona-Laprang
​Born on August 29, 1984 in Nola in Central African Republic, Charlemagne Ngaïssona-Laprang did his primary and secondary studies at the minor seminary of the Carmelite Fathers of Yolé in Bouar before joining the Institute of Artistic Training (IFA) of Mbalmayo in Cameroon in 2002, where he obtained a technical, artistic and industrial baccalaureate in 2006. He joined the Ecole des Métiers d'Art as a teacher of Drawing-Painting and Screen Printing in 2007 before becoming Director of Studies in 2013 and then Director of the said school. He also taught for three years at the Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle in Bangui as a teaching assistant in plastic arts as well as at the International School Galaxy.
Charlemagne held a painting exhibition at the Alliance Française de Bangui in 2007 and participated in the first Bangui contemporary art biennial in 2010. His achievements include the 1st prize in the drawing competition won in 2006 at the Institut de Formation Artistique (IFA) in Mbalmayo, Cameroon, on the theme: "Creation of a modern dwelling house, rooted in the BETI culture"; Member of the jury of the competition "the young talents of the Central African Republic" co-organised by the Ministry of Arts and Culture and Unicef. He was the Vice-President of the Organisation of Plastic Artists of Central Africa (OAPCA) from 2010 to 2018.

Gaëlle Djeko
Gaëlle Djeko is a young painter. She is currently a trainer-draughtswoman at the Ecole des Métiers d'Art in Bangui where she teaches many young people with passion. Four years ago, she single-handedly and voluntarily decorated the entire youth computer centre of the parish (WEB MADIBA) of Our Lady of Fatima, a true masterpiece which still continues to arouse much admiration from parishioners and visitors to the parish.

Kathleen M. Carroll
Kathleen M. Carroll is an award-winning writer, editor and photographer, currently editor of Comboni Missions magazine, published by the North American Province of the Comboni Missionaries. Her work has appeared in numerous national and international media outlets, including Leadership magazine, Unleash the Gospel, St. Anthony Messenger and the Catholic Telegraph. Formerly managing editor of Franciscan Media, she has written five books and edited over a thousand on Catholic life, saints and spirituality.

Konstantin Plevnes
Konstantin Plevnes was born on 04 May 1982 in Skopje, Macedonia. From 1988, at the age of 6, he lived in Paris, France, where he completed all his studies. He finished his basic studies at the European College "Pierre Alviset". In 2000, he completed his middle school education at the Lycée des arts audiovisuels et de la scène "Rodin". In 2000, he started film studies at the University "Denis Diderot", then he specialized in the European Film Academy in Brussels. In the period 2005-2006, he specialised in the history of documentary film at the Japan Film Institute in Tokyo. In 2007/2008, he was included in the international multimedia project "Saint-Exupéry's Little Prince" at Boston University in the USA. In 2009, Konstantin Plevnes organised a workshop at FAMU Prague - "Faction and Fiction", based on his research during the making of his films "Planeta Bair" and "Forgotten", against Luis Bunuel's films "Lend without Bread" and "Forgotten". This is one of the major subjects of his theoretical research. In 2011, he obtained his diploma in film directing at ESRA Bretagne and in 2012 he completed his Master's studies at the ESRA Paris-Skopje-New York University of Audiovisual Arts. Since 2015, he is a lecturer at the University of Audiovisual Arts in Skopje. He received the "Grand Prix Art Amfora" at the International Film Festival, Varna Bulgaria in 2015.

Noël Audhasse Ngaoza
​Noël Audhasse Ngaoza is an actor in the promotion of culture and has been interested in cinema and photography for some years. Apart from his professional occupations, he devotes his time to passing on his knowledge of screenwriting, music and filming to young people and teenagers. Trained in communication at the Ecole Française des Attachés de Presse et des Professionnels de la Communication in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, he has had a professional career as a journalist (at Central African Television and Radio Ndeke Luka) and as a humanitarian communication officer, covering the promotion of international humanitarian law, respect for humanitarian principles and perception. This rich experience led him to produce several articles and photos on humanitarian actions for the news bulletin. Aged 53, married and father of three, Noël is currently a member of the staff of the cultural branch of a diplomatic representation in Bangui, Central African Republic. Noël Audhasse Ngaoza also holds a Licence d'Enseignement général en Droit from the Faculté Privée Walombé in Bangui.​

Wolfgang Penn
Wolfgang Penn is a photographer, cameraman and publicist born on 22 March 1948 in Kastelruth, Italy. He was ordained a permanent deacon in 2010 and since 2011 he has been the director of the diocesan mission office. He lived in Kastelruth and taught at the professional school of photography in Bozen. In 1996 he gave training courses to cameramen at Candido Daz and Mario Deghenghi. In the same year he set up a foundation called "Penn Film Foundation in Kastelruth". Since 1972, this foundation has been producing television programmes for RAI (the Italian state radio and television, with German and Italian programmes for broadcasting in the South Tyrol region), ZDF (the 2nd German channel), ARD (the 1st German channel), ORF (Austrian Television), and BBC (British broadcasting). Over the years, the Foundation has produced numerous programmes for RAI Broadcasting Bozen.  Wolfgang Penn has been working for Missio Bozen for some time. Every year he produces the "Sternsinger Project" presentation. In 2018 his team went to film in Bethlehem and 2019 in Ecuador. The 2020 film project in Tanzania had to be cancelled due to the corona virus.
